NR Site Engineering Services has provided professional drawings since 2014 for clients who are either extending their properties or intending to build new homes. I have produced professional plans, elevations and topographical surveys for customers who have successfully achieved their planning applications and design by their architects, resulting in quick progression to the build stage of their construction project. My customers have ranged from new build houses to extensions to their existing properties. Planning departments will expect a set of drawings that include location plans and block plans of the existing and the proposed work. Topographical plans give the profile of the land . They are essential for a good design by Architects and Structural Engineers. It informs them whether retaining walls are required and where the land sits in comparison with the local environment. An accurate topographical drawing helps planners make their decisions with clarity.
